A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, and freelance outdoor journalist specializing in viral & streaming video, Scott has been angling the north country most of his life. Growing up on the banks of smallmouth creeks, he advanced to local bass tournaments and has been a member of various circuts for almost 20 years. A member of the Pennsylvania Bass Federation, and the Keystone Bass Circuit, he still competes on a limited basis in a very competitive, talented and challenging region of the country. From World Class Smallmouth Bass fishing on the Great Lakes, and flyfishing native trout streams, to Tuna and Amberjack in the Gulf of Mexico… Skinard will challenge any gamefish that dares
to attack a lure. Through a network of professional and ameture anglers, Scott has been able to amass some of the best angling minds in the different gamefish species that the country has to offer. With his involvement in local, state, and national organizations, Scott is a friend of all who share the same passion for the sport!
